Adv. Mahfujar Rahman Eliyash

Mr. Mahfujar Rahman Eliyash is always looking for providing legal assistance to the people, irrespective to any consideration. Mr. Eliyash concentrates his practice in civil, criminal and company litigation with an emphasis on real estate (land), business and financial Litigation. Mr. Eliyash also practices extensively in Banking (Artha Rin Matters) and company related issues including the Insurance and taxation matters. Mr. Eliyash has further mentionable experience in Educational Institute issues, employment litigation and also general discrimination matters. Moreover, Mr. Eliyash has his enormous experience in family matters and specially Nari-O-Shishu cases.

Mr. Mahfujar Rahman Eliyash amalgamated the Dhaka Bar Association and started his practice as associate to learned senior advocate Mr. Md. Sanaullah Miah, Supreme Court of Bangladesh. Former Secretary, Dhaka Bar Association; Former Chairman, Bangladesh Bar Council Finance Committee. Mr. Eliyash later affiliated with learned senior advocate Mr. S. M. Rezaul Karim, Supreme Court of Bangladesh. Former Secretary, Supreme Court Bar Association; Chairman, Bangladesh Bar Council Finance Committee; Media personality, Political analyst and Human Rights Activist. He is now Honorable Minister of Ministry of Housing and Public Works of the Peoples Republic of Bangladesh and being an associate to him started apprentice Lawyer in the High Court Division. Mr. Eliyash legal experiences gather from learned senior advocate Mr. Barrister Nazmul Huda, he is a former President of the Supreme Court Bar Association and twice former Minister in the Government and four times Member of Parliaments. Mr. Eliyash legal experiences similarly gather from learned senior advocate Ms. Sigma Huda, she was twice elected Member of the Bangladesh Bar Council. She is also the former UN Special Rapporteur on Trafficking in Persons, especially women and children and former Member of the National Labour Law Reform Committee. She was also a member of the Women National Development Council from 2001-2006 which is headed by the Prime Minister of Bangladesh.

Earlier Mr. Eliyash has completed his LL.B. (Hon’s) from Stamford University with First Class and completed his LL.M from the Jagannath University. As well as Mr. Eliyash is the student of Notthingham Law Academy (BTT Course). Mr. Eliyash also participated so many programs and workshop like as professional soundness, human rights etc.
